Corporate Hangar Space Available

Look to UNV to base your corporate aircraft. Individual bays are approximately 4,278 square feet and constructed to accommodate a future buildout of finished office space. Each bay has a large (60' w x 16' h) electric bi-fold door, in-floor radiant heat, and a secure landside entrance. A large vehicle parking lot is also available. T-hangar Space Available

The nested T-hangars, constructed in 2006, are manufactured by Erect-A-Tube and feature electric bi-fold doors (clear dimensions of 41’-6” w x 12’ h), concrete floors, full floor-to-ceiling interior metal partitions, and basic electrical service. The T-hangar complex features a large lighted vehicle parking lot with secure vehicle gate access to the T-hangars, a self-serve fuel facility for 100 LL, concrete aprons, an aircraft wash area, aircraft tie-downs, and direct access to RWY 24.
